Cardio ideas needed, please

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do some good cardio with no elevation (incline)? Chiropractor forebid me
( I have been overdoing it and the hips are not liking it! I wanted to scream when he told me this ... I love my inclines with intensity on treadmills, ellipticals etc...........

Spinning. Just don't to standing climbs. An 80 year old can do this.0

Thanks for the ideas it is appreciated. I know I am close to my goal now and I still want to keep active as I dont want to ever go back to the weight I was......... I prefer wearing skimpier things .. :happy:0
