    Well done! You look amazing! What fantastic progress. I started about the same time as you and have lost about 4 pounds less. Can't seem to shake these last 3 pounds to reach goal :happy: Great results!

    What kind of workouts are you doing?

    I started off by changing my eating, portion size was key. I lost about 12lbs very quickly with just eating less, smaller portion to start with and I didn't go back for seconds. Lots of water!
    Then I added going to gym twice a week and using my elliptical at home 2~3 times a wk doing 30 minutes of cardio each time and lost another 15lbs. I'm embarrassed to say I slacked off a bit in December, I didn't gain but I didn't lose anymore either then in January I was determined to get moving so I started going to the gym every day, Mon, Wed, Fri evenings for cardio and getting up for 530 am workouts on Tues & Thurs. Then in February I changed it up again and added in weights, I am currently going Mon ~ Friday every morning at 530 am alternating upper body and lower body workouts with Wednesday being cardio only and I go out again at least 3 evenings a week for more cardio usually do the elliptical and I also go on Sundays if I can. I usually take Saturday off. I wish I would have been more aggressive with the weights to start with because I feel so much better already doing them!
    I look forward to the end of March when I will take new progress pics! I hope to see another change in my body with some added muscle definition!
