These are my stats:

Jan 20, 2012: Weight 196, body fat 40.5%, body fat lbs 79.5 LBM 116.5
Mar 02, 2012 Weight 187 39 72 115.0

So I've lost 9 pounds total and 7.5 pounds of fat but my trainer did some calculations and said I have gained about 5 pounds of muscle which is great but I don't understand how he gets that from these numbers. He tried to explain it to me but I still dont get it. Can anyone help?
