Buy some weight watchers ice creams they are yummy and low in calories... If u must you can have 1.
Think about your reasons for wanting to lose the weight.... Cookies here for a brief moment.... Don't trade your goals for that few moment of self indulgence!?!? You'll be sorry later.... Not worth it!!!! Now go take a walk!

No, no, no - I did that yesterday and it wasn't worth it! Learn from my experience, instead of the hard way!

Get your own cookies. Cookies you don't share. Cookies that you don't feel the need to eat now, lest everyone else beat you to it.

Then log every cookie before you eat it, and only eat it if you have calories at the end of the day. Store them in a sealed container, because they are going to last a long time for you. Cookies every day for a month!

Meanwhile, you need something else to do when you are stressed, so food is just food and cookies are just cookies. If you learn to use a vigorous workout or 30 minutes of dancing to your favorite music to handle stress instead of food, you will permanently change the binging behavior. And you still get to eat cookies!
  • Everytime you want to binge on cookies, on anything, brush your teeth! REALLY good.! :) this should kill some of that desire ;)

Just reading all of the comments may divert your attention long enough. Congrats to you for recognizing the craving, verbalizing and not just diving in. I am prone to dive in, binge and then say to heck with it and finish off the whole bag. Going to bed can help too.

The thing about cookies is that they always taste like more. No matter how many you eat, you're going to want more, and they're never going to satisfy you. So, it's best to save yourself from the drama and just not eat the little nasty little demons. And, cookies want you to die. It's true.

I'm not going to live the rest of my live without cookies. If I'm going to maintain my weight, we need to co-exist.

I'm thinking that making cookie dough, forming it into individual balls, and freezing it might work. You have to thaw the dough, then bake it before you can eat the cookie. (Or at least thaw it, lol.) Thaw one a day, pop it in the toaster oven, and have one fresh baked cookie with no second cookie available without hours of preparation.
