Need help with side dishes

I've been trying to eat healthy since the beginning of January. Before that, we ate potatoes often with dinner. Now that I'm not using potatoes as much, I'm getting kind of bored with the same old veggies we've been using. It's been usually either a garden salad, or some kind of frozen veggies. Please help me with some low calorie side dish recipes!

    Options
    for starches i use potatoes in different ways (mashed, roasted, baked, etc)
    quinoa - somtimes plain, somtimes made into a mock mac n cheese (found the recipe on this site)
    rice, plain or topped with stir fry type stuff
    pasta, usually topped or mixed in with the meat/main.

    for veggies i do everything under the sun - broccoli, braised greens, wilted spinach with almonds, asparagus, corn, green beans, brussel sprouts, artichokes, salad
    roasted is my favorite, but different sautes are nice too
