Has anyone tried The Rack work outs?

I have been doing The Fat Shredder on The Rack for the past few weeks and am going to be switching it to the 30 day shred soon. The Fat Shredder seems to be to difficult with not quite enough visible progress for the work involved. I could see myself doing this for maintenance, but no longer for weight loss. Has anyone tried The Rack? Or done The Fat Shredder on the rack for weight loss? Should it be this difficult even after weeks of doing it? I have been eating enough calories. Also, as I said if I was seeing better results I might be more inclined to keep up with it for weight loss, but it seems too intense and leaves me too tired too often. I also have 3 kids and a husband/house to run after lol. I also do cardio at the gym in the mornings 6 days a week and will be adding some weight lifting next Monday.

    I'm on my 2nd week of the rack... I'm getting ready to do The Fat Shredder, I'll keep you posted.
