Spaghetti and meatballs for the fam (I know, how original)

For me 3 oz of grilled chicken, with brown rice, and green beans. Sugar free cinnamon applesauce for my dessert. (again, boring)

Mac and cheese (the light prep) and birdseye steamfresh veggies...I'm thinking the green beans. Not sure if green beans go with mac and cheese, but I needed a side and that's what I have in my freezer, haha.

Do you cook two meals every night? I have a hard enough time deciding on one meal ...let alone two. I cook healthy for the whole family. Tonight it is chicken, past and veggies

WFD? Either Mahi Mahi (frozen, from GFS $10 for 8 fillets) or Liver & Onions (from local meat market $2.50 for 3 pieces) with a side of long grain rice, frozen veggie blend, and low-fat cottage cheese or a tossed salad. Dessert or a snack later: Try frozen mixed berries (GFS) w/ 3 oz. or less of either Vanilla or Berry Nonfat Yogurt. The yogurt freezes onto the berries. It's heaven!

I think that I am going to try this pork chop recipe that I found. I will have that with some steamed broccoli and maybe a very small baked potato.
