Warning this might be a stupid question: is it possible to be a higher weight but the same pants fit looser than when you were at a lower weight? Ive been doing the c25k and shred the scale is up but my clothes are fitting better than they were at like 8lbs lower....

I'm guessing its muscle ?? Idk but I've had this happen to me before
.. It's weird0 -
Sure. Your body composition can change. The numbers on the scale are misleading.0

Yup, I'm up 4 pounds and down 5 1/2 inches.0

Absolutely possible! Volume for volume muscle is heavier than fat. My first 8wks on the programme I didn't loose any weight but I can fit into pants that I couldn't do up before. Hang in there.0

Yes for sure. Remember that a pound of muscle takes up less space in your body than a pound of fat. Your pants fitting is a great NSV!0

That happened to me the last time I list over 85lbs. Because I was working out, weights, cardio, spinning,etc.....I found myself a whole size smaller than I had been previously at that same weight. It was weird, but I loved it!!!
That's why I take my measurements once a month and pics, we need other ways to measure our success than that silly scale!!
Keep up the good work!!0
