I'm just reading a Dr. Oz article about safflower oil and how if you take 2tsp a day you can lose 6lbs and 5' in 1 week without diet or excersise? I would never drop diet and excersise for this claim. But out of curiosity....has anyone ever heard of it/used it? results if so? thanks all

Dr. Oz is a quack. He pushes all sorts of products, particularly supplements, in which I believe he has a financial interest. I wouldn't be surprised if he was part owner of a safflower oil company.
This guy is an entertainer. He is no substitute for your own doctor.0 -
thanks for confirming my thoughts! thats why I had to ask....I figured if it was really that amazing, he wouldn't be the one writing about it! and the oprah comment gave me a good laugh haha0
