feeling ugh

Im a pretty big girl so cutting my cal down to 1200 a day i was losing .5-1lbs a day or just maintiaing. The last couple of days sinve ive started working out i havent lost anything but have gained back 2lbs. I thought maybe it was just working out so lst nigjt i didnt go. This morning i still gained. Im feeling frustrated and depressed. Ive been only doing this since feb and am stuck around 17lbs lost total 7of which ive done on mfp. Help

    It would really help to see your food journal. it could be what you are/aren't eating. also, because you lost so much at the beginning you could just be slowing down a little and then your weight loss will start to even out a little.
