Anyone tried APY 60?

i just watched an infomercial on American Power Yoga in 60 days and wondered if anyone has tried it. I have to do low-impact exercise and yoga would be a great thing to add to my exercise regimen. This APY 60 looked really interesting and I would love to have more flexibility. Looking from feedback from anyone who has used this product.
