Lightbulb moment. I was so fixated on my exercise calories...but I'm thinking for some...seem like for me...TDEE with a deficit is where the weight loss it. My RMR is 1607 multiply that by 1.725 which would be my hardest day and my TDEE is 2700 or so. Take 500 away. 2200 (like my dietician just told me) should be my max. 4 days a week I'm only teaching one class a week. So many days I was eating 2000-2500 or more calories a day (trying to get that magic 1200 net) and was either gaining or maintaining. Gee, I wonder why? I was eating AT maintenance. Now maybe things will go South again soon, but 4 days after changing things up from my metabolic testing I've dropped over lbs. I'm interested in seeing if 1700-2200 will finally help me lose!

Glad to hear it's working for you! And who knows...being accidentally at maintenance for a little bit was probably good for you anyway :)

I hope you're right! I'm annoyed though that I have a date night with dinner out tonight (sodium if nothing else) and then TOM is coming so I'm not going to get a solid look at the scale for a couple of weeks.
