    Thanks for the words of encouragement from everyone! I appreciate it, it was a quite a sense of relief/accomplishment this morning when the scale said 298. Never to be in the 3's again goodbye forever. My daughter set my next goal lose 50lbs by her 10th bday (april 2nd) when she heard I was at 47 this morning she raised it on me to 60lbs LOL I am going to try!
