I have no direct experience but I am on a fitness forum & several of them have purchased the Selecttechs & are very happy with them, a bit unweildly if they need to be held close together BUT all round a great purchase & much easier than traditional weights. Although at considerable cost, from their reviews I would buy them if I had the money D'oh

We went for them because they take up way less space than a bunch of individually weighted dumbbells. Also, both my husband and I can use them since we can adjust the weights.0
