Should I log this?

This morning I went for a 25min walk. Usually I jog the 2.5km in 15mins... But I felt like walking it this time... It felt as if I was doing nothing! Should I log it or not?

I say yes cause it was still exercise...
  • Whatever you feel best about, I say. It won't hurt you not to eat back the small amount of calories that a 25 minute walk would afford. But it won't hurt you to eat them either, as long as you arn't overestimating how many you burned. Maybe log just half if it makes you feel better? I do that sometimes when I feel like I really didn't burn much.

I would. I log my walks that are not part of my everyday routine. Like I am not going to log the walk from the train station to my job because that is my everyday routine and I don't think it would register as exercise.

I'd definitely log it...i logged mowing the lawn the other day and I gained an additional 125 calories. I have a fairly large lawn, but still, I did the work, I want to see the numbers. It helps keep me motivated.
