INSANITY is INSANE! Need some suggestions for calorie intake

That Insantity Fit Test....is INSANE!!! I couldn't breathe......WOWzah! I even ended up vomiting. LOL yes just from the fit test. Hopefully I can keep it going. What do you think my calorie intake should be if I keep this going? Any suggestions from people who did or are now doing Insanity???
