you shouldnt even be here.
go be a kid and have fun in life and worry about this **** later.
Or...wake up 30 mins early and work out in a high quality fashion and youll do fine.
My opinion...go be a kid for a while!0 -

This. Go be a kid. Make healthy food choices, and walk to places instead of driving. I think learning to eat well is way more important.0 -
Don't hang out with your friends? I don't have much of a social life these days, between school runs, uni, exercise and various council and committee meetings. I see a lot of people every day, but I never have time to socialise with any of them.0

You will definitely have to make it a priority. Try getting up an hour earlier so that you can get at least 30 minutes of exercise in, and still be able to take a shower, eat a good breakfast, and get ready for school. Being young, now is the perfect time to get into good diet and exercise habits. You don't have school on the weekends, so try and get a workout in then. Maybe get some of your friends together for some group exercises like soccer, football, tennis, anything that gets you moving. Good luck, and I hope you find the right time to exercise that works with your schedule.0

When I quoted, I should've omit that part. But honestly, I do think learning to eat well is more important at your age. A lot of people gain the "freshman 15" because they eat badly and probably alcohol doesn't help, so that will not happen if you are eating well. Exercises are important for health, but weight loss are mostly diet.0
