Fractured finger

Hi everyone!

I have recently dislocated, fractured and torn three ligaments in my finger. Rendering my left hand useless and painful.

I want to keep the cardio and strength training up, as I am doing well with my weight loss. I can still exercise my right arm, but want to keep my left arm strong as well and everything I know to strengthen the arms uses the hands.

Any ideas on what I can do?!
