Similar problem

Sounds like I have a similar problem as many here. I have been watching my food intakes and started exercising but I am stalled. I lost 10 lbs right off the bat very quickly but now I have been within 1 pound of the same weight for almost a month and I am very frustrated. I guess I can go lower calories but I am losing motivation very fast.
