Hi! I'm new.

I'm on day 3, and just wanted to say hello. I live in Gainesville, Florida.
My biggest problem right now is that when I exercise, I don't want to eat, but when I don't exercise, it's all I can think about!
Oh, well. This time I'm going to make it work!

    Hey Welcome. I say count your blessings that there are times when you aren't hungry! Oh and enjoy the Florida weather. Where I am at it is about 10 below...

    Some of the dieting tricks i learned to fool my hunger are:
    i have a cup of hot tea or a glass of water.
    Other times, i brush my teeth and have a glass of water.
    Other times I'll have a healthy snack like carrots.
    Other times I'll have a healthy snack like a tangerine.
    Or i'll go for a walk in the neighborhood.

    Welcome! This site will help because you will think about everything that you put into your mouth! I am a bored eater too-so I like the advice above me! I do exercise a lot and my snacks now are very low calories-It's making a difference with the scale and the tape measure! Good Luck:happy:
