Weight Fluctuations

I know it is suggested to only weight yourself weekly, but I like to do so daily. I like to make a plot of my daily weights and make a trend line. I understand that weight can fluctuate from day to day, so I don't get upset if I see an increase from day to day. However, I am a little concerned by the amount my weight fluctuates. Normally, it can vary anywhere from 0.1 pounds to 1.5 pounds. Recently though, it has started to fluctuate by greater amounts. One day it will be up 3 and the next day down 4. I was just wondering if anyone else weighs daily and if this sort of weight fluctuation is healthy.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Probably just changes in muscle sugar levels which retain water. If you havnt trained in the day your body has more muscle Glycogen (approx 500g in total). Each gram of glycogen is stored with approx 4g of water so thats 2kg a day of glycogen+water. Even in very intense prolonged exercise you wouldnt burn all the glycogen but you could easily get through 200grams making about a kilo + the water then lost through respiration, sweat, urine etc its easy to see why your body fluctuates so much in a 24 hour period. I also like weighing myself every 24 hours and I can notice a kilo difference in a day pretty often - sometimes more so I dont rely on it I just look at it for my own amusement. Best way is to weigh yourself every week and then if you want to draw a graph plot a trend of that0
