Tracking DVD Exercise

Hey guys, I have been doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 for two weeks, two more to go! I have no idea how I am supposed to track this though as my daily exercise as there are so many different things wrapped up into 30 minutes? Any suggestions? I think in the exercise list they should list these DVD's, or do they? I cant find anything in the search?
