What movies does everyone after seeing them just want to make you get up right then and there and hit the gym, run, workout, ect?

Mine is Rocky IV. Every time I see that movie I want to just hit the gym as soon as it finishes. Good soundtrack as well.

Generally dance movies. I watch Step Up or Center Stage and I think: wow I really need to take more dance classes!

Oh and Kill Bill. And Tomb Raider.

Forrest Gump! Obviously, the part where he's running for 3 years on the trot. Regardless of it being a film, it makes me feel like I can do anything.

Kill Bill is also a good one motivation wise. And Dirty Dancing. :')

Agreed! I'm not super proud that I watch dance movies from time to time but they always make me want to get off my *kitten* and shake it lol.
  • I just watched The Fighter yesterday and almost went back to the gym after that.

It's been a long time since I've watched it but Batman. His pushups and stuff in the training montage make me feel puny. :P

i agree with that training montage in Rocky 4. everytime I see that movie, for a week afterwards I'm in the gym pretending like i'm in my own training montage.

    Most superhero/comic book movies.

    Zombie movies
  • Into the blue...they are all tanned and toned..Jessica Alba has an amazing body..and Paul Walker rarely wears a shirt...that does it for me.

Whenever I don't want to do anymore strength training, I picture Linda Hamilton doing chin-ups and how amazing her back looks.
