How to track workout dvds?

I am new to myfitnesspal (I am on my 2nd day). I just did a 25 minute cadio workout dvd and I am not sure how to track it in my exercise tracker. Any ideas?

    What was the workout?

You really SHOULD get a HRM (heart rate monitor) with the chest strap. It will definitely help you keep track of your time, calories, and heart rate zones.
I just got a Polar FT4...I absolutely LOVE it!!!!

Just log it under circuit training. However that just gives you an idea what you may have burned.

Depends on the workout - was it all cardio? A mix of cardio and strength with weights? Basic old school exercises like jumping jacks, burpees, push ups? Before I had my HRM I tried to find what best matched the workout DVD, so aerobics, circuit training or calisthenics. The numbers for each may not be much different from each other, but it helped me remember what the workout was if I wanted to look back at my logs. :)

And like Laura said, consider investing in a HRM, then you can add the DVD title to your exercises and enter your time and calories burned from the reading of the HRM to get a better idea. Search the forums here if you're interested - tons of topics on everyone's favorite HRM, what to look for, where to get them for the best price, etc.
