something (cheap) that will count how many calories I've burned when I'm not at the gym.. because I'm in school getting there is really difficult so I've had to invent my own workouts but it drives me insane that I never know exactly how much I'm burning, it could be so much LESS than I think or MORE, anyway if you know of anything DO TELL.

also.. I'm famous for drinking 2 sips of a water bottle and then without realizing it.. opening another one, so I can NEVER tell how much water I'm really drinking.. any tips? please share.

the past two weeks my emotions have had the best of me and it has been binge after binge after binge. I'm really trying to get back on track starting today. I appreciate everyones support and I love you all <3

    Drink the full bottle of water. Don't allow yourself to get another one without finishing the first one.

    For exercise, you can't get anything that is accurate for cheap. It's best to underestimate than over estimate so log less time into this site than you've actually done to get a more accurate number. The calorie counts on the machines aren't 100% accurate as well.
