NSV, getting my fitness back! Half Century.

So I've started training again 3.5 weeks ago (before that it was not at all, or maybe twice a month).
Woke up this morning and fancied a challenge.... so mapped out a half century (56 miles, 90km) and completed it on my bike
. My average mph wouldn't set the world on fire (15mph - 2 years ago I was doing centuries @ 17-18mph average) but still pleased! Another couple of months training and I'll be back up to my 'pre-becoming-a-lazy-git' fitness
.
This time round tho I might do even better as I understand nutrition a lot more than I did back then!
Anyway, couple of days off for me now so I don't injure myself, then 'recovery' ride next week.
