It's been 16 weeks since I had a section and recovery has been steady. I have been doing lots of walking and started Zumba a month ago ( avoiding abdominal exercises for now). I tried a gentle jog new year but it was hurting groin/ pelvic floor area. I tried again today, jog for 150 steps, walk for 50, and repeat..however I started to ache again which is sooo disheartening :-(
Prior to pregnancy I could run for an hour at time no problem and was a regular runner. I stopped running when pregnant.
My husband thinks I'm impatient and need to give it more time.
This is my second section, the other was 9 years ago.
Any help, advice, experience, ideas..?
I have a bike to go on instead I suppose but I do miss running!!
