To go or not to go

I have been working out about 3-4 times a week, three of those four are weights with cardio.

While I am generally motivated to go to the gym, today I am on the fence. I feel tired, and groggy. It could be because it's a gloomy cold day outside, but I have had several people tell me it's my body telling me it wants another day off.


To go, or not to go. That is the question. What do you guys think?

    Well, once you get there and start you will feel better. Or stay the hell home watch a good movie.

    If you're tired & groggy, it could be your body telling you take another rest day! I have days like that, too. I usually workout 6 days a week, but every so often I take another day off because my body is begging for a break. Enjoy a day off, log all your foods, and relax. You'll come back stronger on your next workout.
