Coffee vs espresso

some explain this to me 8 oz of freshly brewed coffee = 0 Calories 1 oz of espresso = 5 Calories??? what's the difference.... same product coffee beans just slightly different preparation...

Hmmmmm, mine shows "Coffee, brewed espresso" as 1 cal. I've never seen anything to suggest that, nutritionally, there's any real difference.
