Weight loss help when on steroids

I'm on quite a bit of steroids and have struggled to lose weight. I'm pretty stoked I've been able to lose about 10 pounds even though it took three months.

Recently I stopped losing weight all together.

I'm on Advair and another inhaled steroid for asthma, but at least once every 6 weeks or so I have to take up to 60 mg of prednisone and then taper down.

I eat about 1500 calories and I go to the gym and burn on average 200 calories 4 days a week.

I was wondering if anyone else out there had any experience with steroids and how they lost weight.
