Five weeks until Florida

I have definitely platueaed as I haven't lost a pound since early January. In the past few days, I have grown frustrated and started eating more than usual AND enjoying it! Anyway, I haven't gained any which I don't even begin to know what that means. Anyway, I am setting my goal to lose 10lbs in the next 5 weeks. I exercise 2-3x per week, but will be stepping that up to four times a week. I am on the verge of thinking I need to increase my calories based on some of the things I have been reading.

What are your thoughts and recommendations? I would love to hear strategies for increasing calories so that it doesn't feel like I am overeating. Just seems like a totally different mindset.

Thanks in advance for the advice. BTW, I have lost 12lbs total so far since August. I have stopped drinking pop including diet and I drink plenty of water.
