I've been using mfp for about a month and have learned a lot about what to eat and not to eat. The pounds are starting to go away. Cooking healthy is a challange since I learned good southern soul food cooking from my mom.
Anyway I'm looking for others in the area to friend, swap some good recipes and food ideas.
