There's a limited index of fresh string beans and i can't figure out what to log in. Basically I use either frozen or fresh string beans and fry them in a frying pan with oil and water and add pepper on them. How do I count that?

why dont you use the nutritional info on the package of beans, add the info from the oil and you should have exactly what you ate.0
