Back At It Again!... In need of Friends

Unfortunately, I fell off some time but I am back again I started at around 247lbs. Got down to 205lbs, trying to get to 185 -195lbs. I have found that lots of cardio(treadmill, stationary bicycle) to be may answer to my current success.

I hope this helps alot of you out there it the same boat!
