Help guessing calories

Couldn't find the calorie count for my pizza online or in the database.
Is 500 calories a good guess for 3 slices of thin crust, light cheese, light sauce, bacon, mushroom, and black olive pizza?
By light cheese and light sauce I mean they prepared it with less. It was great tasting so I'm hoping it's not too terribly bad for me.
I suppose if anyone is wondering it's a papa john's pizza but since they don't have the nutrition for ALL options of their toppings and stuff I'm guessing. Any help is appreciated.

I would just find the base pizza, and guesstimate the additional toppings. I have gotten pretty good at the guessing. Just be honest, or overestimate just a bit.... two tablespoons works much better as a 1/4 cup.

Domnios has a nutrition calculator. You can choose the crust. toppings etc. http://express.dominos.com/pages/calculator.jsp Although it isn't for the same restaurant, it will probably be more accurate than just guessing.

I'd probably go with 600, about 200 per slice.
