Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have two bruised toes and the ball of my foot is swollen making any cardio that puts pressure on my foot not possible. I do not have access to a bike or a pool. No money to spend. Does anyone know of an cardio activity I can do that doesn't cost money. I don't want to lose fitness ground while my foot heal.

    Lots of punching (jabs, uppercuts, hooks, etc) and kicking from a seated position? You could do it from a squat stance if you can stand a little pressure on your heel. You can also do bike motions in the air without a bike...
