Hmm... I find this odd

Okay since I started eating healthy and exerciseing Ive been keeping an account on how much I lose a week and the inches. I know that when a woman is on her time of the month you retain water but is it normal to just not lose that week? I still exercise and eat right but I dont lose anything even when that week is over. In fact I gain :/ lol.
Any little tricks for when this happens? Or just grin and go with it?
