I just joined the site yesterday and am excited at a new chapter in my life. I am a small person. I am all of 5'0" and 105lbs. Yes I am tiny and NO I do not want to lost weight. I do however want to be in better shape and not feel so tired & sluggish all the time. Most people think small people are in good shape and that is far from the truth. What I really do hate is my "jelly belly" I can't rid of after giving birth to 2 kids. Unfortunately for short people we can not hide our weight inside our height. Instead of going up is goes out LOL.

What I have been doing for exercise is boxing 2-3x a week with a personal trainer. The days I don't box I try to do the P90X. I have the Ab Ripper, the Kenpo & the legs/back DVD. They're really hard but I am continuing to try them.

Today I bought a heart monitor watch that also counts calories. First time I have ever bought something like this so any advice you guys/gals have for me to keep the counts as accurate as possible is well appreciated

Thanks Tiddle, your stomach in that avatar is where I want my stomach to be :frown:
