You can do body weight exercises (I think that's what they're called?), resistance bands (I personally don't like them) or water bottles, etc.... Where do you live? I purchased 40lb weights from Walmart.com for less than $40. I think Amazon has a set, too.0

Canned food and sodas work too. If you want something heavier, get creative and see if you can fill water bottles with something that weighs more per bottle-full than water.0

my husbands a cheap *kitten* so i filled two big vodka bottles with water, but ive heard of people doing empty gallons of milk too (filling them with water)0

Use a brick, provides good weight, I think thats why romans had such great physiques after all that labouring brick work. Anyways i came up with something called brickcercise.0

You can also fill a duffle bag with books or other items to do arm curls.0
