I kind of cheated tonight, and I don't mind :)

I had 1037 calories to burn through, and I have a feeling I did it with a little too much gusto. I don't care though! A friend and I went on a drive to nowhere and ended up at a Brew Pub in the Poconos, so of course we each had a beer. I also had pasta (which I only ate about 1/4th of because I knew I was going to be drinking), bread, and a salad with wine vinaigrette. However... my weakness is that I'm a beer snob. And this was a new brew pub. And they had a sampler for 9.50 which was 6 5-oz tasters glasses of their finest wares.

I know that 6 5-oz glasses comes out to less than 3 beers, and that was split between my friend and I, but still. I don't regret it, it was a great time, and the beers were excellent!

Worth every step of running I'll be doing tomorrow to make up for it!

Good attitude :flowerforyou: Something tells me with the number of pounds you have burned up, you know what your body needs. I'm just jealous you have a Brew Pub nearby:grumble:

Haha, I never would have made it this far if I was super strict. Living with this for a long term means making it livable. Livable means living!

We actually have a number of brew pubs around, though to be honest most of them aren't that great. This one was surprisingly good across the board!

I think we sometimes need to just kick back and enjoy life. Big difference in a "healthy" life style of going out for a few beers (which are actually very healthy) and sneaking a bag of M&M's!!

I enjoy a glass of wine now and then and when I do indulge...I don't feel guilty either! I just enjoy.

    Hope you had fun.

It's good to go out and enjoy yourself and NOT feel guilty about it! Good thing I cannot stand the taste of beer!

Haha. My city was practically founded on beer, so there are quiiiite a few around here. Brew pubs, that is.

But man, you lost like 95 lbs. I think you're entitled to a beer or two. Lol.
