Exercise when you feel sick??

My stomach is not feeling good today, but I do want to exercise. When I had a cold a week ago I did exercise through it, but was pretty sluggish. Do you suggest going for it even if you don't feel great? I am such an all or nothing person, I hate to take a day off because it tends to turn into a week off!

Advice I've read on this topic is that if the sickness is from the neck up, go ahead and try to push through. If it's below the neck, it's best to take time off until you're feeling better. I hope you feel better soon!0
