Life has been rough these past couple of weeks and it has been so easy to fall into old habits. These past couple of days i've been doing much better but i still can't seem to grasp my self control. I need someone to kick my behind back into motion (or at least some words of encouragement). Kind words would be much appreciated:blushing:

Today was the first day i had weighed myself in a month and although i hadn't been trying i haven't gained any weight, maybe its stress or maybe i really have grasped this. So even though i haven't been logging i have been (sometimes) trying to make the right choices, it's either working or it's a miracle I think I really needed to just get this off my chest so maybe if admit it somebody i'll hold myself accountable again.......Sorry if my post is so scatterbrained but apparrently this is how my brain functions,

    WE ALL GO THRU ROUGH TIMES.. LOSING WEIGHT IS HARD AND DEALING WITH STRESS ON TOP OF THAT OMG DONT GET ME STARTED LOL... TAKE A BREATH AND RELAX.. YOU R DOING GOOD AND YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF THE WEIGHT YOU HAVE LOST ALREADY.. NOW GET BACK ON TRACK AND GET R DONE LOL.. GOOD LUCK SWEETIE AND TRY NOT TO B SO HARD ON YOURSELF..     Don't let yourself get complacent. You have done an awesome job dropping the weight that you have lost so far, but when we get complacent is when we need to worry. You might be experiencing some lingering effects from when you were hard at it, so jump right back up on the horse and get back into the habit of loggin and paying attention. You know you can do it or else you would have already given up. Every one needs a kick in the pants once in a while, so consider this yours. I hope you would return the favor if I were in a slump. I think that's kind of why we all joined this site. So we could have an endless group of friends to help keep us honest... Good luck and keep up the hard work.
