At what point do you change you activity level ????

Ok, first i have a desk job, I work on computers, so when i first installed MFP app on my iphone, i set it on sedentary, i never worked out, now i work out and//or do cardio 5-6 times a week. should i change my activity level, i mean im still sitting on my *kitten* 8 hours a day 5 days a week. Some days im only at the gym 40 mins or so out of the whole day......

I keep mine at sedentary and just log all my exercise and eat back the extra calories it gives me. It is a big motivator to exercise!!0
