Has anyone used this?
How easy is to calibrate?
How accurate is it?
Do you find that it provides motivation?
I'm looking to buy a small MP3 player (got tired of the heavy phone) and the choice is between the iPod Nano or iPod Shuffle.
The only reason to buy a Nano would be the the Nike+ run tracking, so I'm looking for opinions about it.

I have it and LOVE it so much. I've been running with it for about two years. It's pretty easy to calibrate. All you need is a track or a treadmill or a city block you know the distance of, etc, so you can test it over about a quarter mile. I have measured the distance in my car and then run the same distance and I've found the Nike + system to be pretty accurate. It's so much fun and so motivational. You can set it up to post on your facebook or twitter if you want. I find I run farther and faster when I know my friends will see the results. I highly recommend it.0
