It is interesting...I look in the mirror and sometimes I see some definition and the beginnings of a six pack, and other days I see the little spare tire that's still left. I think it's key to keep some 'old fat clothes' around, and try them on once in a while.0

It's completely true.... nail ON HEAD. Personally once I got to my original goals I kept making them lower and lower because I wasn't satisfied... I wasn't satisfied because I still felt like the girl at her big weight. I still feel all the same things and think all the same things. My mind completely has NO caught up with me....
I am using photo-therapy (made up term courtesy of moi) to help me get through this. I was still using numbers... the scale... calories.... pant sizes.... and I am completely taking numbers out of the equation. I want to SEE my body I want to see the changes... and I want to SEE what it looks like.... I think this is going to help me so so so much in the long run.
But yep-- completely true.0
