small tiny little goal

So if any of you are scrapbookers, you probably know what a Crop Weekend is. Its where ALOT of women get together and scrapbook the whole weekend at a hotel. And when I say ALOT, I mean 150 women. Everyone brings snacks and treats to share, and the hotel provides out meals. I am currently at this moment typing on the hotel computer. On my way to the lobby I passed the bar, which displays about 50 different treats and desserts all day long till 2 am. I have been here about 36 hours and have passed this area of the hotel about 500 times. I was afraid that I would cheat horribly while I was here. This is what I have eaten so far.
Breakfast
Fat Free Yogurt (brought from home)
3 egg whites (resisted the hotel waffles
whole wheat toast
Lunch
2 pieces cheese pizza
plate of fruit, no dip
Dinner
Huge salad
Veggie mix
1 piece garlic bread
Snacks
String cheese I brought from home:)
Apple ( I brought from home)
100 calorie pack of chocolate covers pretzels ( only ate half the pack)
Raw Almonds (brought from home)
Not bad huh??? I could be eating thousands upon thousands of calories, and I am resisting!!! I am going to head back to the scrapbook room, walk pass the food table again, and resist again And I got my butt up last night and got on the treadmill in the gym:)

You should change the title of your post to "huge victory" There is nothing tiny about this accomplishment. Be very proud of yourself.0 -

I am a scrapper myself so I know how much temptation and food is at one do these events. I think they half about scrapping and half about eating. Way to demonstrate restraint and willpower! Keep up the good work! You will continue to be so happy with yourself in the long run. I wish that I was scrapping right now. Have fun!!0
