under calories, over carbs

So the last few days I have always had my 100 or so extra calories but I am over my carb intake. Will that affect my weight loss?

    Nope! I almost always go over mine and have been successful!

    It really depends on the individual. I've found if I'm over in fiber and protein I lose, but if I'm over in fat or carbs I maintain.

    Test it would a few days and see what happens. You may just need some more protein in your diet.
