ive cut out sweets, junk food, and desserts for a while now. they even turn me off now. However, its hard to hit the calorie goal when im so in love with low cal foods such as salad, veggies, and fruit......plus i walk everyday alot....
im always under though when i remember to track now....
is that bad?

Try eating what you want and tracking it..you may be surprised that its not too far from your caloric allottment...I mean if its only 100-400 i would simply increase your calories to a comfortable amount and then increase excercise intensity if you can.:drinker:

Aren't you the same lady that was just asking about alli? If you're having a hard time meeting your caloric goals & are eating things like veggies, salads & fruits already, I would even more loudly say, "NO!" Stay away from the Alli! Diet pills are temporary.

If you're having a hard time with your calories & you're happy with what you're eating, try adding things like nuts, yogurt, dried fruits, into your diet to up the calories while still keeping it healthy.
