Low fat protein shake that is out of this world

I started out using Slim Fast and jazzing it up. Now there is no Slim Fast in it (too much sugar and too expensive), and I like it even better.
In a running blender (turn it on after you put in the milk) put:
8 oz milk (skim, whole, whatever)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon (I use four cinnamon capsules, which I grind up in a dedicated coffee grinder, capsule and all)
1 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds (in the same dedicated coffee grinder)
1-2 tbsp instant coffee powder
1 serving protein powder (all I have right now is "vanilla cake" flavor, but if I had chocolate, I'd use that)
Once this is all well blended--it doesn't take long--add a cup or so of ice cubes or crushed ice, and a little more water at a time or a lot if you want it) so that the blender turns it into a shake.
It's thick and cold and has a lot of air and water mixed in (no calories) so it feels like more than it is. The extra protein keeps you feeling full longer. The water and ice in it adds up to water you "drink" but don't notice.
You can vary the ingredients to suit your own taste. I sometimes add some generic metamucil since fiber makes you feel fuller longer and it supposedly helps lower cholesterol.
