Could I wear my polar ft4 hrm for 24 hrs to track avg daily

Could I wear my hrm for a full 24 hrs to estimate my daily calorie burn? Has anyone ever tried this? I'm not sure if there is a maximum amt of time the polar hrm tracks?

    No. If you read the manual that came with it, it states that it's only effective for cardio exercise. You would have to get a bodybugg or body media fit for that.

    As PP said, it's not accurate to wear all day. So no, there wouldn't be much point.
